Joe Rogan fact checked Alex Jones

Joe Rogan had the infamous Alex Jones on his podcast for the third time this week, and has been receiving massive criticism.  He has been accused of allowing Jones to spread conspiracy theories, despite the fact that Joe Rogan spent much of the podcast having claims fact checked right there on the show.

Alex Jones is the founder of Infowars and has been widely demonized by the media as a far right conspiracy theorist.  He was responsible for exposing the lies in the official report put out by the 9-11 Commission.  The chair and vice chair of the 9-11 Commission Report eventually wrote their own op-ed where they stated they were stonewalled by the CIA and not provided with full information.

He is also credited for having predicted the attack months before.  He reported on his local TV broadcast that an attack would be perpetrated against the United States and blamed on a CIA asset such as Osama Bin Laden.  Yes, he called it by name, and somehow the video has not been scrubbed by YouTube.

Listening to Jones can be exhausting.  It can sound like a crazy person who has lost all sense of reality to someone who has not been immersed in national and international politics for an unhealthy period of time.

However, as Joe Rogan said, although Jones has been wrong on things in the past he has been overwhelmingly accurate.  A prime example being Rogan’s recollection of Jones talking about Jeffery Epstein being involved in child sex trafficking even predating the first case against Epstein.

With topics ranging from Bohemian Grove, climate change, and the new Hunter Biden scandal, the three hour podcast proves just how uncanny even a drunk Alex Jones can be.  This didn’t stop Joe Rogan from making sure his more direct claims were fact checked.
